Registration: Sign-ups begin immediately on a first-come-first-served basis. You can register online by clicking the "Online Sign-up" link or at the shop or by phone with a credit card. Your place is reserved with full payment. Online link will be removed when a class is full. You may receive a supply list and homework when you register.
Class Minimum: Minimum class size is 3 students. ‘Go’ date is 7 days before first session. If your class is cancelled, we will call you and issue a refund. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible to reserve your spot and ensure minimum enrollment. Sign up with a friend!
Cancellations: You may cancel up to 7 days before your first class for a full refund. If you cancel later, we cannot issue a refund unless we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list, so consider putting your last cancel date on your calendar. If you’re unable to cancel in time for a refund, you can always send a friend in your place. If we must cancel a class, we will issue a refund. We may, on occasion, need to call in a substitute teacher.
Waiting Lists: If you were wait-listed for a past class that is repeating this session, please call again to sign up. Waiting lists will not be retained from session to session.

When placing a special order for yarn, thread or notions a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Looms and wheels are special order items and must be paid in full prior to pick up.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be brought back in original shelf condition. Returns or exchanges for online purchases may be made in-store. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or order number.
Yarn, thread and fiber items in original unused condition may be returned within 90 days. Those items will receive store credit or be eligible for exchange. Yarn or thread that has been wound in to a ball, wound on to a cone, or kept in a smoke-filled environment is not returnable.
Needles and notions may be returned within two weeks in the original condition and original undamaged packaging.
Defective or damaged CDs or DVDs are exchangeable for the same title only. We cannot exchange them for another title or give store credit.
Patterns, books, bargain bin/clearance merchandise and special orders including, but not limited to, wheels, wheel accessories and looms may not be returned or exchanged, but will be replaced if damaged in shipment.
If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item, or if you have received something that is damaged or defective, please call us during normal business hours at 1-936-825-3378 or send us an e-mail at any hour at email@example.com. We will do everything we can to fix the problem.
No refunds will be given for original shipping or handling costs. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of the item is to be paid by the customer. All return shipments must be insured. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in shipping.
